About the role of Contract Manager:
Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across London for a leading Main Contractor, overseeing 3 to 4 live sites with a couple in planning. The projects will mainly be new build schools, lifescience and commercial schemes, ranging from 10- 100+ million. Managing a team of multiple Project Leads to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.
Responsibilities for Contract Managers
- Manage a team of around to 4 Senior Managers.
- Helping to implement new procedures
- Overseeing multiple sites.
- Liaising with clients
Requirements for Contract Manager:
- Worked on multiple large scale.
- Managed the whole build process from groundworks to handover.
- Taken projects from planning to handover.
- Good Man Management skills.
