V.Ships Leisure is looking for GPA Stores on behalf of Orient Express Sailing Yachts.
The GPA Stores Utility will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the ship's provisioning department by assisting with the receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of food, beverages, and other supplies, as well as maintain the stores in a perfect clean and operating state in respect of USPH and provisioning guidelines.

• Maintains the entire dry and refrigerated stores in an orderly, clean and sanitary manner.
• Assists galley and bar teams in the handling of food and provision deliveries.
• Takes care of all stores arriving from Shore side and responsible for the proper and safe storage of all goods.
• Responsible for storing all products in the right place and controls quantities received, maintain adherence to FIFO protocols.
• Distributes all products in accordance with written orders to the sub-departments. No delivery of items without a written Requisition.
• Unloads and transports dry and wet garbage.
• Supports during the inventory control and spot-checks the Provision Master.
• Cleans and sanitizes fridges, freezers, dry goods store, including floors and steps and elevator.
  • Active participation in onboard training programs.
• Additional duties, not mentioned here, will be expected as per management request.

• Languages:
  
  Fluent English.
• Education:
  
  High school degree or related.
• Previous professional experience: 1 year in a similar capacity in a luxury environment.
• Shipboard experience:
  Not required but preferred
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid Pre-Employment Medical.
• C1D visa mandatory for all positions.
