Proactive are currently in search of a Fiberglass Laminator to start work for a client based in Chingford East London. The role involves the manufacture and finishing of mannequins, with daily responsibilities including preparing materials, handling fiberglass and eco material lamination processes, following custom designs, and using specialised tools to ensure high‑quality outcomes. The role requires collaboration with a skilled team to deliver bespoke products that meet customer specifications.

• Experience in fiberglass lamination techniques and finishing, material preparation
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment required for fiberglass finishing
• A strong eye for detail and precision to maintain high‑quality craftmanship
• Ability to work effectively on‑site in a workshop environment
• Experience in bespoke manufacturing or working with custom designs is a plus
• Time management and organisational skills to meet production deadlines
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures in manufacturing settings
• Previous experience in visual merchandising or similar industries is advantageous
