Workshop Technician – London – Up to £45,000 + Benefits
We are recruiting a Workshop Technician for a cutting‑edge engineering company based in London.
The organisation is a well‑established yet rapidly growing global business recognised for delivering a wide range of market‑leading products. They operate internationally, employ a highly skilled workforce, and continue to invest heavily in innovation, product development, and engineering capability.
As a permanent member of the shop floor, you will support research and development teams by building and assembling prototypes, components, and product assemblies. You will also create the necessary tooling, jigs, and fixtures to facilitate development.
Responsibilities- Build and assemble prototypes, components, and product assemblies for R&D teams.
- Create tooling, jigs, and fixtures to support product development.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Workshop Technician, Workshop Engineer, Workshop fitter or similar.
- Experience with 3D CAD, ideally Solid Works.
- Experience programming, setting, and operating CNC machines.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication.
- Competitive salary up to £45,000.
