Light Assembly Operators

Overview

We are currently recruiting Light Assembly Operatives for a long established manufacturing company based in Medway Towns. These are temporary positions; there may be opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidates. You must be able to handle small parts and carry out light mechanical assembly. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. Ideally you will have experience of hand soldering/assembly.

Successful candidates will have good communication skills, be able to follow written instructions and be a team player.

• Handle small parts and carry out light mechanical assembly.
• Follow written instructions and work to procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality and on-time completion of tasks.

• Previous experience is advantageous but not essential; full training provided.
• Ideally experience of hand soldering/assembly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow written instructions.

Shift pattern 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00, Monday – Friday rotating each week, with a slightly early finish on a Friday; 39 hours per week.
