Chef De Partie Production Kitchen

Baker's London is a premium frozen cookie dough brand, handcrafted in London. We're a small, fast-growing food business built on genuine pastry craft and high standards every batch is made with care, using quality ingredients and proper technique, not shortcuts.

We're looking for a hands-on Production Bakery Assistant to join our small production team. You'll be involved in every stage of getting our cookie dough from mixing bowl to freezer, helping us maintain the consistency and quality our customers expect as we scale.

• Assist with mixing, portioning, and forming dough using our production equipment (including stand mixers and a dough forming line)
• Follow recipes and batch specifications precisely to maintain product consistency across SKUs
• Support packing, labelling, and freezing of finished product
• Maintain a clean, organised, food-safe production space following our cleaning schedules and SOPs
• Help with stock rotation, traceability logging, and basic inventory checks
• Support ad hoc tasks around new product trials and recipe testing
• Work safely and hygienically at all times, following allergen control and food safety procedures

• Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production environment preferred
