What is the job role?

As Partnerships Manager for Action & Snow, your purpose is to grow Sun God’s reach and visibility within the Action and Snow playgrounds by building credibility, increasing visibility, and driving authentic adoption of Sun God products across global action, snow, and adventure communities.

You will manage and activate partnerships activity within the Action & Snow categories, owning relationships with athletes, ambassadors, events, and brands - ensuring Sun God shows up as a leading, authentic mountain and action sports eyewear brand.

You’ll apply the Sun God Partnerships Framework to the Action & Snow playground while collaborating closely with peers across Running, Bike, and Motorsport to share learnings and drive performance across the Partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Action & Snow playgrounds: their structure, culture, trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Define and maintain the Action & Snow customer profile, mapping key demographics, motivations, and behaviours.
  • Share insights with internal teams to inform campaign, product, and partnership decisions across the business.
Deliver (Action & Snow Partnerships Execution)
  • Manage and evolve partnerships with elite and influential athletes, ensuring they deliver ongoing credibility, visibility, and brand-aligned content. Continuously identify new talent and opportunities to elevate Sun God’s presence in the mountains and adventure sports scenes.
  • Curate and manage a credible network of ambassadors and creators across action and snow sports to drive authentic advocacy and produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Build organic advocacy through targeted product seeding with respected figures in the action and snow communities - from local legends to industry leaders.
  • Lead Sun God’s presence at key action and snow events across a range of scales - from grassroots gatherings to global showcases - delivering meaningful brand exposure and community engagement.
  • Develop and execute structured activations for selected partnerships, focusing on creativity, ROI, and long-term brand impact.
  • Collaborate with event partners and brands to run joint campaigns and competitions that grow awareness and engagement within the mountain and adventure sports communities.
  • Deliver a consistent pipeline of action and snow-specific content that fuels campaigns and reinforces Sun God’s position as a performance eyewear leader in mountain environments.
Collaborate (Cross-Team Input)
  • Work with Product to provide athlete and ambassador feedback that informs design, testing, and innovation.
  • Partner with Marketing Channels to amplify content and ensure activations are integrated across digital, social, CRM, and retail touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Creative to brief and produce outstanding visuals and storytelling that reflect the authenticity of the action and snow worlds.
  • Support the Commercial team in identifying partnership opportunities that strengthen Sun God’s retail and brand presence.
  • Align with PR & Communications to amplify coverage of key partnerships, product launches and events.
  • Contribute to purpose-led and community initiatives that reflect Sun God’s mission to See Better.
Peer Learning & Team Contribution
  • Collaborate closely with other Partnership Managers to share best practices, celebrate wins, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the culture of creativity, teamwork, and shared learning across the Partnerships team.
