As Partnerships Manager for Cycling, your purpose is to continue to strengthen Sun Godās credibility and visibility within the global cycling community ā across road, gravel, and MTB. Youāll lead the execution of partnerships activity in this category, building authentic relationships with athletes, teams, ambassadors, and events to position Sun God as a trusted, highāperformance cycling eyewear brand.
Youāll apply the Sun God Partnerships Framework to the Bike playground while collaborating closely with peers across Running, Action/Snow, and Motorsport to share insights and elevate performance.
Key Responsibilities:Understand (Market Intelligence)
- Build a deep understanding of the cycling ecosystem, from elite racing to grassroots communities, mapping key trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Define and maintain the Bike customer profile, identifying key motivations, behaviours, and adoption drivers.
- Share insights with internal teams to inform campaigns and product development.
- Manage relationships with professional teams and athletes, ensuring strong visibility, brand alignment, and content creation.
- Maintain and grow a global network of cycling ambassadors and creators who drive authenticity and influence.
- Develop meaningful advocacy through targeted product seeding across clubs, influencers, and community leaders.
- Lead Sun Godās presence at key cycling events, managing logistics, activations, and onātheāground brand experience.
- Plan and deliver partnership activations that generate measurable ROI and brand impact.
- Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to deliver cyclingāfocused content that supports key campaigns and moments.
- Partner with Product on athlete testing, product feedback, and innovation.
- Work with Marketing, Creative, and Commercial teams to amplify partnership content and stories.
- Support PR and Communications to enhance coverage and awareness in cycling media.
- Contribute to brand moments and purposeāled activations that reflect Sun Godās sustainability and community values.
- Collaborate closely with other Partnership Managers to share best practices, celebrate wins, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the culture of creativity, teamwork, and shared learning across the Partnerships team.

- ā Proven experience leading partnerships with athletes, teams, or brands in a consumerāfacing, brandāled environment.
- ā Track record of delivering standout campaigns, activations and product collaborations that win attention, build awareness, and drive commercial results.
- ā Strong negotiation, budget management and ROI reporting skills, with the ability to maximise value from every partnership.
- ā Strategic mindset with handsāon execution skills ā able to zoom out to set direction while rolling up sleeves to deliver.
- ā Confident relationshipābuilder, credible with athletes and talent, collaborative with colleagues, and comfortable operating at all levels from grassroots creators to Cāsuite executives.
