Recruitment Advertising Manager
The Company is a major media corporation with market-leading training and development and a variety of high profile magazines and websites.
We are seeking a Recruitment Advertising Manager to take ownership of 4 leading job boards/brands which serve the marketing and creative industries.
Responsibilities include selling and managing a small team, ensuring they are working smart and hard, are motivated and delivering the right quality of sales.
Requirements for this position
- 4-10 years recruitment advertising sales experience in a fast paced target driven environment
- Experience of having either mentored or managed other sales people
- Passionate about selling recruitment advertising
- Confident, highly articulate and high motivated
- Stable career history
