New Business Director

Eleanor is a global creative company built on taste, rigour, and a rare gift for discovering greatness. With offices in Santa Monica and Soho’s golden square, we work across commercials, music videos, entertainment, and brand content–crafting cinematic work with cultural relevance and creative ambition. This year, we were named Gerety’s Production Company of the Year and returned to the Ad Age A-List.

Now, we’re looking for a brilliant New Business Director to help us grow our presence in the UK market.

We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven individual to lead new business efforts out of our London office. This role is about more than outreach–it’s about presence. You’ll represent Eleanor across the UK’s advertising landscape, forging genuine relationships with agencies and brands, identifying opportunities early, and ensuring Eleanor remains top-of-mind.

• Building and nurturing relationships with creative agencies and brand teams
• Develop a smart and strategic outreach plan aligned with Eleanor’s vision and voice
• Tracking pitch opportunities and proactively connecting the right talent to the right briefs
• Representing Eleanor at key industry events, screenings, and social gatherings
• Collaborating closely with the President and Executive Producers to shape sales priorities
• Supporting press, newsletter, and PR moments with strategic distribution and follow-up
• Monitoring market activity to help shape Eleanor’s positioning

• A natural connector with a confident, grounded presence
• Culturally fluent in advertising, film, and the arts–with a sharp sense of taste
• Someone who thrives in a high-trust, entrepreneurial environment
• An excellent communicator with a strategic mind and hands-on spirit
• A self-starter who’s excited by growth, and energised by people
• Ideally 3+ years experience in a new business or partnerships role within advertising, creative, or adjacent sectors
