A leading London-based Executive Education Consultancy and Management Training Provider offering a wide range of professional courses internationally is seeking an operationally hands‑on and experienced Marketing Manager. This is a new role for the business, and an opportunity for the role holder to shape strategy, build systems, and make a visible impact for a global business from day one.

In this role you’ll take full ownership of developing the marketing strategy, execution, and results. This will include managing budgets, ensuring spend delivers strong and measurable returns as well as managing one junior marketing staff member. You’ll lead and manage relationships with all third-party agencies, designers, copywriters, and digital partners, whilst building a data‑driven marketing approach, setting clear KPIs and reporting regularly to leadership.

A key objective will be to position the company brand as a leading training provider in key markets, driving lead generation and client acquisition.

The role is paying up to £65,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus and is to be a predominantly office based role (at least to start with, office location is near Paddington, London), although hybrid working will be considered for the right candidate.

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI and ROAS through digital and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Confident in brand strategy, messaging, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a lean SME environment – hands‑on, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Knowledge of international markets in training/education.
