The Role

Reporting to the VP Marketing, EMEA
, the Director, Regional Marketing UKI is responsible for spearheading the marketing strategy across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will lead a high-performing team to drive pipeline creation and brand awareness, ensuring all activities align with both regional requirements and global EMEA goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Lead the comprehensive marketing plan for the UKI region, encompassing demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), events, partners, and thought leadership.

Pipeline Generation: Drive pipeline creation and progression for new logos and customer expansion using an account-centric, outcome-focused approach.

Sales Alignment: Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales leadership by delivering high-performing programs and providing strategic insights.

Channel Growth: Develop a partner-sourced pipeline through integrated co-marketing, clear communication, and partner enablement.

Brand & Advocacy: Strengthen brand presence through executive-level programs, major industry events, and the cultivation of customer advocacy.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop the UKI marketing team (both direct and dotted-line reports) while maintaining alignment with EMEA/Global marketing, Sales, and SDR functions.

Operational Excellence: Match marketing activity to the specific strategic requirements of the region with a data-driven focus on ROI.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

Experience: 15–18+ years in marketing (field-based roles) within global B2B SaaS or the cybersecurity industry.
