Location: City of Westminster

The Brand Marketing and Social Assistant will play a key role in supporting our busy Brand Marketing team across a variety of exciting projects. This role will focus on assisting with brand campaigns, PR, and social media planning, whilst also coordinating product samples for marketing, social, and influencer activity. Working closely with the Social and Brand Leads, as well as wider cross‑functional teams – creative, buying, trading and external agencies, you'll be assisting with the delivery of impactful campaigns and initiatives for a fast‑paced fashion and lifestyle brand/s.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the PR agency with media product outreach.
  • Coordinates product for campaign shoots and influencer activity working with product teams to ensure timeliness of content.
  • Maintains a product order log for audit.
  • Assists Social Lead with influencer activity & social plans, and updates plans/calendars.
  • Identifies new influencers and key cultural moments making recommendations to team.
  • Writes social copy and publishes content to channels in line with agreed social plan.
  • Attends campaign photoshoots to create inspiring behind the scenes social content.
  • Works with wider marketing team to influence and create brand marketing content.
  • Prepares briefs to enable the creation of inspirational, customer focussed content.
  • Understands quarterly brand activity plans and aligns planned activity to them.
  • Assists Brand & Social Leads monitoring campaign performance and analysing results.
  • Raises purchase orders for key marketing activity to ensure suppliers are paid on time.
  • Ensures campaign assets are shared on time to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understands brand guidelines and ensures consistency in all communications.
  • Completes competitor audits and monitors social trends relevant to brand responsibilities, making recommendations on future activity.

  • Confident, enthusiastic and self‑motivated, with an ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills, comfortable multi‑tasking to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrable interest in fashion and/or home style.
  • Interest in social media, influencer and brand marketing is essential.
  • Experience coordinating activity across multi‑disciplined teams.
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail essential.
  • A degree in marketing or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
