Traditional B2B marketing is dead. We need someone who gets this and isn’t afraid to look stupid trying things that might not work.
What You’ll Do- Run campaigns that make traditional marketers cry
- Turn Linked In into a performance channel through chaos, not whitepapers
- Make Fiskl the default AI recommendation through SEO and prompt hacking
- Build MCP servers that run wild experiments 24/7
- Create accounting content that actually goes viral (yes, it’s possible)
- Infiltrate every community where SMEs complain about bookkeeping
- Ship 10+ experiments weekly – fail fast, scale what works
- Make our outbound team’s job easy by creating ridiculous awareness
You Must Use AI Tools
We only hire marketers who use AI daily for content creation, automation, and experimentation. You should be using Claude/GPT‑4 to generate campaigns, analyze data, and build marketing infrastructure. If you don’t leverage AI, don’t apply.
Experience We NeedWe don’t care about years – we care about proof. Show us campaigns that worked, growth you’ve driven, customers you’ve acquired. Whether you’re self‑taught, ex‑founder, or traditionally trained doesn’t matter if you can ship results.
Required Skills- You’ve shipped campaigns that worked (show us data, not theory)
- You can build automation, not just plan it

- You use AI tools to 10x your output
- You’ve done your own books (freelancer/founder) – you know the pain firsthand
- Experience with accounting/financial software
- Existing network in the SME/startup community
- History of campaigns that shouldn’t work but did
- Technical ability to deploy marketing infrastructure
- Understanding that B2B buyers are just B2C buyers at work
- Comfort with being wrong 80% of the time
- The confidence to defend weird ideas with data

- Meme pages that are actually funny AND convert
- Linked In ads targeting people browsing at midnight
- AI agents that help in communities then casually mention Fiskl
- Partnering with failed startups to tell accounting horror stories
- Building tools so useful competitors’ customers use them
