This is a rare opportunity to join a highly experienced and ambitious founding team at the ground floor, and play a pivotal role in shaping both the company and product - an AI powered Prop Tech platform. My client is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who will play a key role in defining, executing, and optimising the full growth strategy, covering acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation.
You’ll own the performance of Paid Socials (Meta/Tiktok etc), Affiliate Partnerships, Content, Email and other acquisition experiments, ensuring we acquire, engage, and retain homeowners in a scalable, cost-effective way. This is a hands‑on role where you will work directly with the UK GM, CEO, and Product Team to shape their go-to-market playbook, optimise their funnel, and scale their user base.
- Growth Strategy & Execution
- Own and lead the growth strategy
- Develop and execute a high-performance Paid Socials strategy to acquire high-intent homeowners.
- Deliver high quality, engaging content to acquire new customers
- Build and manage effective Affiliate & Partnership programmes to drive customer acquisition
- Lead conversion rate optimisation efforts, ensuring a seamless user experience from ad click to booking a service.
- Lead growth experiments and iterative learning cycles to improve customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Identify and test new paid, organic, and viral growth channels to scale beyond initial traction. Performance Analytics & Optimisation
- Own key growth KPIs such as CAC and ROAS.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track and optimise campaign performance.
- Continuously test, iterate, and scale marketing strategies based on data driven insights.
- Work independently and closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to integrate growth strategies into the core user experience.
- Own and manage performance marketing budgets, optimising for efficient CAC.
- Support investor updates on growth progress and marketing performance.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
- Previous experience working in a VC-backed startup.
- Proven track record in Paid Socials, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO-driven growth.
- Experience in building and scaling Affiliate & Partnership programmes.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker, or similar tools.
- Experience running growth experiments, A/B tests and conversion rate optimisation.
- Ability to own and optimise performance marketing budgets for efficient CAC.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup.
- Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with virality and referral growth strategies is a plus.
- Experience in Proptech, Home Services, Digital Platforms or Marketplaces
