Location: City of Westminster

Seeking a consumer and marketing insights coordinator to support in delivering insights that inform marketing strategies and decision-making across the consumer functions. This role is critical for the delivery of Burberry forward and will play a key role in managing reporting processes, supporting research projects, and ensuring smooth execution of insights initiatives that help shape the future of the Burberry brand.

  • Create and deliver marketing insights reports, including campaign analysis and KPI tracking across global and regional teams.
  • Conduct desk research and compile secondary data sources to identify market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviours.
  • Support the management and coordination of brand tracking studies and other research projects, liaising with external research partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update dashboards and reporting tools to ensure accurate and timely insights for the Marketing department.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics and Marketing teams to gather and organise data for analysis, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Prepare presentations and summaries of insights for internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to research projects, including timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for data and insights, supporting agile decision-making across the business.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for working with and deriving narratives from data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Collaborative team player who can build positive relationships across departments.
  • Interest in consumer behaviour, marketing, and the luxury fashion industry.
