Internal Communications & Engagement Manager

As the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager you will:

• Create clear, engaging multi-channel content, intranet articles, leadership messages, videos, Viva Engage posts and campaign materials.
• Manage and evolve our core internal comms channels, ensuring timely, relevant, high-performing content.
• Plan and deliver internal campaigns aligned to our Five Ambitions and People strategy.
• Coordinate colleague listening forums and support initiatives that enhance engagement and culture.
• Measure communications effectiveness and provide insight‑led recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping messaging and best‑practice communication approaches.
• Plan and deliver key internal events across the year.

• 7+ years' experience in internal communications.
• Strong storytelling skills and a flair for creative content.
• Strong planning and delivery skills.
• Experience managing multi‑channel comms in complex organisations.
• Expertise in digital communications and internal social media channel strategy.
• Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A passion for enhancing colleague experience through great communications and engagement activities.
