Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Publicis Production Global CEO, the Publicis Production Global Marketing Team is strategically positioned to drive its ambitious growth targets across all aspects of its business, with particular focus on:
- new business
- organic growth across our global clients
- tech and AI
- culture building and knowledge sharing across our 60 locations globally
The Marketing Team does so by creating, bringing to life and to market, and constantly updating Publicis Production's go-to-market proposition (GTM) which aligns to:

The Strategic Content Leadplays a critical role shaping future-facing compelling narratives for the most strategic and senior stakeholders in the ecosystem:
- within the Groupe:
Groupe executive leadership, Production executive leadership,Production management,Global Client Leads (GCLs) and Global Client Production Leads (GCPLs) - and externally:seniorexisitngclientsand key prospects
Gain a deep understanding of industry trends and client needs through research, constant industry scouting across the technology, production, creative and media ecosystem, andclose collaboration with ourCEO,client team and growth team.
In collaboration withthemarketing team,strategically build and implementacontentmatrix and calendar,suggesting ideas and topics, that support all ourintitiativesand channelssuchas industry events and awards, executive profiling,client top-to-top meetings, strategic growth opportunities, global townhall presentations, website, social media…
Translate content needs into compelling narratives across various formats, including but not limited to:
- visually impactful strategic power point presentations such as GTM propositions, credentials, critical client presentations…
- longer form content such as thought leadership pieces to promote the executive committee of Publicis Production, including our CEO, Global Chief Client Officer and Chief Technology Officer
- website content
- commission moving and still visual material to support
Provide a strategically critical eye on more standard content such as case studies, assisting with editing.
Ensure that in shape, design and style, our content lives up to the highly qualitative content that we produce daily for clients, creating a true showcase of our best capabilities.
In doing so, work in close collaboration withand become an indispensable partner tokey members of the Global Production Executive Committee:theCEO (GTM andoverallcompany reputation build),theChief
Technology Officer (new tech platform),the Chief Client Officer (future-facing inspiration),the Chief Growth Officer (growth content),the Chief Talent Officer (culture).
Work in close collaboration withto the Groupe’s KGC (Key Groupe Clients)/GCL team by proactively providing relevant and usable content through pertinent formats and becoming anactive player in the events organised by that team, making sure production is top of their agenda.
Collaborate with the External Marketing Lead and Events and Social Lead on events where existing clients, GCPLs and/or GCLs are present (e.g.: Cannes Lions)
QualificationsCandidate Profile
