As one of the fastest growing independent beauty brands, Pixi Beauty has built an incredible worldwide reputation and is quickly becoming one of the most recognized brands in the industry. Due to our continued success, we are looking for a Marketing Intern to support the Marketing Team on a 12‑month contract, starting July 2026‑July 2027.

This role is ideal for someone digitally savvy, creative, and interested in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and campaign reporting.

• Manage influencer and VIP gifting coordination including themed gifting and milestone mailers
• Track influencer gifting monthly, ensuring deliveries arrive and records remain updated
• Assist in identifying and researching new influencer profiles across the UK and EMEA
• Research influencer activations and gifting trends across markets
• Assist with marketing and influencer reporting, including gifting and campaign reports
• Support ad hoc marketing projects and campaign preparation
• Track influencer and VIP engagement, updating program records and databases
• Assist in creating presentations, campaign recaps, and performance reports
• Contribute creative ideas for influencer engagement and marketing campaigns
• Support wider marketing initiatives and team projects as needed

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking data
• Organized with strong communication skills

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management and attention to detail
