Global Campaigns Specialist
Location: London – 1 Finsbury Avenue, EC2M 2PF
Rate: £33.74 per hour PAYE
Contract: 3 August 2026 to 31 January 2027
A global enterprise technology company is looking for an experienced Global Campaigns Specialist to support the delivery of integrated global B2B marketing campaigns. This role sits across marketing operations, campaign management and channel activation. You will translate campaign strategy into scalable processes, automated programmes, accurate tracking frameworks and clear performance reporting. The successful candidate will be highly organised, data‑driven and confident managing multiple work streams and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage campaign programmes in Marketo.
- Create segmentation, email templates, smart campaigns and follow‑up journeys.
- Schedule, QA and monitor global email campaigns.
- Create and manage Salesforce campaign IDs and campaign hierarchies.
- Maintain campaign tracking frameworks, including UTMs and attribution structures.
- Ensure leads and contacts are correctly associated with campaigns.
- Partner with Analytics and Revenue Operations teams to maintain accurate reporting.
- Create and manage campaign timelines, task lists, deadlines and owners.
- Build and monitor Workfront requests for campaign execution and localisation.
- Track campaign go‑live dates, risks, blockers and delivery status.
- Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, assets and status updates.
- Compile campaign performance reports and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate campaign activity with global organic social teams.
- Communicate campaign progress and updates to stakeholders across regions.
- At least four years’ experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign execution or marketing automation.
- Hands‑on experience using Marketo, Workfront and Salesforce.
- Strong campaign tracking, reporting and attribution experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and work streams simultaneously.
- Experience with project‑management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Jira or Airtable.
- Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to process consistency.
- Confident influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
