Are you an experienced Marketing Manager with expertise in home entertainment, content marketing and international product launches?

Join a leading global entertainment company where you'll drive marketing strategy and product performance across TV, Kids and Made‑for‑Video content for international licensee markets. This is an exciting maternity cover opportunity offering exposure to major global franchises, international markets and both physical and digital entertainment distribution.

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead the product marketing strategy for television, kids and made‑for‑video content across physical and digital formats. Working closely with international licensees, agents and regional teams, you'll develop release strategies, optimise marketing campaigns and maximise transactional sales across key markets, with a particular focus on Australia and New Zealand.

This role combines product management, international marketing, content strategy and stakeholder management, requiring a commercially minded marketer with strong experience in home entertainment and content distribution.

What you'll be doing
Product Marketing & Release Strategy
  • Own marketing strategy and product management across TV, Kids and Made‑for‑Video content categories.
  • Develop release strategies for new releases, catalogue titles and digital initiatives.
  • Manage product lifecycle planning across physical and digital formats.
  • Identify promotional opportunities to maximise product performance and sales.
  • Drive category growth through new initiatives, partnerships and marketing opportunities.
International Marketing Support
  • Partner with licensees and agents across Australia and New Zealand to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand strategy, commercial goals and market requirements.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and marketing spend against budgets.
  • Share best practices and successful initiatives across international territories.
  • Support additional regional projects and market initiatives when required.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
  • Act as the subject matter expert for TV, Kids and Made‑for‑Video content.
  • Collaborate with international teams, regional offices and global stakeholders.
  • Ensure partners receive marketing materials, assets and campaign support in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with agencies and creative teams on campaign development.
  • Build strong working relationships across marketing, sales, legal, operations and franchise teams.
Commercial Planning & Analysis
  • Review product sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Help define pricing, promotional and merchandising strategies.
  • Provide marketing analysis, performance reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and category planning activities.
  • Develop presentations, business cases and launch recommendations for stakeholders.
Product & Operations Coordination
  • Support content localisation, ratings and regional release requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Work with global teams to approve and launch content across multiple territories.
  • Ensure physical and digital release plans remain commercially viable.
What we're looking for
Experience
  • 3–5 years of product marketing or product management experience in Home Entertainment.
  • Experience across physical and digital entertainment products.
  • Strong understanding of content release planning and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Experience managing international stakeholders and territory marketing activities.
  • New release marketing experience highly desirable.
Skills
  • Strong marketing and product management capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical abilities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and modern productivity technologies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
