Cult Beauty is seeking a hands-on Tik Tok Shop Lead within the Ecommerce team. You’ll own the Tik Tok Shop day-to-day, manage our affiliate programme, grow the product catalogue, and coordinate campaigns with paid, merch and trading teams to drive revenue.
Ideally you have 1–2 years in ecommerce or influencer marketing, a genuine enthusiasm for Tik Tok, and strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple work streams and deliver results.
