Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day home
An exciting opportunity for a Business Development Specialist to join a leading international law firm's high-performing BD & Marketing team.
This role would suit an experienced BD professional, or an Executive/Assistant looking to step up ideally from a legal or professional services background.
Key Responsibilities- Support pitches, credentials and client-facing materials.
- Maintain lawyer CVs, case studies and marketing content.
- Support client events, webinars and thought leadership campaigns.
- Assist with directory submissions, awards and league tables.
- Support client relationship and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, client plans and practice priorities.
- Maintain accurate information across CRM and marketing systems.
- Experience in BD, pitches or marketing
, ideally within legal/professional services. - Open to experienced Assistants/Executives looking to progress into BD.
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Proactive, commercially minded and able to use initiative.
- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
