Senior Performance Lead - Consumer

As our next Senior Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our paid acquisition channels, with a particular focus on PPC and app growth. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded marketer who’s ready to shape how Checkatrade wins in a world of AI-driven search, dynamic pricing, and always-on discovery.

Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

• Delivering channel strategies that grow acquisition, retention and revenue across web and app.

• Spotting new ways to win, from smart bidding and feed optimisation to emerging AI-led formats.

• Collaborating with product, analytics and commercial teams to align performance with business goals.

• Making sure every campaign is measurable, optimised, and future‑ready

It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:

• Experience (or eagerness to learn) in high-scale performance marketing, ideally across web and app.

• A collaborative, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude.

• Strong communication skills and a curiosity to solve problems.

• Confidence with SA360, Performance Max, and AI‑led optimisation, or the drive to master them fast.
