Location: City of Westminster

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Delivery Manager to lead our marketing delivery function during a maternity cover period. Managing a talented team and working with colleagues across Communications, you'll coordinate the delivery of campaigns and content, ensuring the right work reaches the right audiences at the right time. Through strong planning, collaboration and continuous improvement, you'll help deliver marketing that supports our mission and creates meaningful impact.

You'll manage and support a team of Marketing Delivery Officers, overseeing workloads, priorities and delivery across a variety of projects. You'll play a key role in bringing teams together, refining processes and ensuring everyone has the tools, information and support they need to deliver brilliant work. You'll also use data and insights to measure how our marketing delivery function is performing, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration and outcomes.

As we continue to develop the way we work, you'll help shape and improve our project management systems, champion better ways of working and explore how emerging technology, including AI, can support smarter and more effective marketing delivery. We're looking for an experienced marketing delivery professional who can bring together people, plans and processes to help deliver high-quality communications 'll have a strong understanding of marketing and communications, with experience managing content production and delivering campaigns and assets across a range of channels. You'll combine excellent project management skills with a highly organised and solutions-focused approach, confidently managing multiple priorities and keeping projects moving forward.

Experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as , is important, along with the ability to coordinate large volumes of work across different teams and stakeholders. You'll be comfortable analysing information, making informed decisions and responding to changing priorities, even when working to tight deadlines. An excellent communicator and relationship builder, you'll be able to explain complex information clearly and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.

You'll have experience managing and developing people, providing coaching, support and feedback that helps individuals and teams perform at their best. We're also looking for someone who enjoys finding better ways of working, embraces continuous improvement and is interested in how tools such as AI can help improve marketing delivery processes.

  • Understanding of marketing and communications principles, creative content development and delivery across a wide range of channels. Experience in managing communications content production and marketing delivery.
  • Project management expertise including knowledge of collaboration tools such as  to manage production of large numbers of assets through multiple delivery teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills - able to calmly manage proactive and reactive projects simultaneously with a solutions-focussed mindset to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest and respond to complex information, often under pressure of tight deadlines.
  • An excellent communicator - who's confident and good at communicating complex technical information to general audiences. Credible building trusted relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders
  • Experience of managing and developing people, providing regular guidance, feedback and support to enable high performance.
