Account Executive​/Senior Account Executive

Following a number of exciting new business wins, GROVE is looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive or experienced Account Executive ready to take the next step in their career. Based in our London office, you will work across an exciting portfolio of international fashion, luxury, watches, jewellery and lifestyle brands., Working closely with the senior team, you will play a hands-on role in delivering integrated PR and communications strategies across traditional and digital media, influencer activity and events.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of accounts, build strong client and media relationships and contribute creatively to campaigns within a close-knit, ambitious agency.,

• Proactively pitching clients and securing quality coverage across leading fashion, luxury and lifestyle media
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with UK and international journalists, stylists, influencers and KOLs
• Developing creative PR angles, pitches, press releases and other media materials
• Taking ownership of day-to-day activity across a portfolio of luxury and lifestyle clients
• Supporting the development and delivery of integrated PR, influencer and event strategies
• Acting as a confident day-to-day contact for clients, alongside senior account leads
• Identifying proactive opportunities for clients across editorial, influencer, cultural moments and events
• Supporting and attending press events, launches, desk visits and client activations
• Overseeing reporting, coverage, client stock and account administration, with support from junior team members, GROVE is a close-knit, ambitious agency where you will have the opportunity to work directly with senior team members and clients, take real ownership of your accounts and play an active role in shaping campaigns. You will work across an international portfolio of established and emerging luxury brands, with exposure spanning media relations, influencer strategy, events, talent and brand activations.
  1 - 2 years PR agency experience, ideally within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, watches, jewellery or a related consumer sector
• Strong existing relationships with UK fashion, lifestyle and/or luxury media
• A proven ability to pitch proactively and secure quality editorial coverage
• Excellent written skills, strong media awareness and the ability to spot and develop a compelling story
• Experience working with influencers and creators
• Confidence communicating directly with clients and taking ownership of day-to-day activity
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management
• A genuine interest in fashion, luxury, culture, celebrity and social media
• A collaborative, positive attitude and desire to progress within a growing agency
