We're partnering with a highly regarded creative digital agency looking to hire a talented Marketing Lead to shape and deliver their marketing strategy during an exciting period of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced agency marketer with a passion for creative industries, digital innovation and brand storytelling. You'll play a pivotal role in strengthening the agency's market presence, driving inbound business opportunities and elevating its reputation across the luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll own and deliver the agency's marketing strategy across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.

• Develop and evolve the agency's marketing strategy
• Create and manage the annual marketing plan and content calendar
• Drive qualified inbound lead generation initiatives
• Build thought leadership and increase industry visibility
• Manage content across website, Linked In, Instagram, email marketing, newsletters, case studies and video
• Support new business activity through strategic content and marketing initiatives
• Organise industry events, partnerships and networking opportunities
• Lead recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise marketing effectiveness

We're looking for a commercially minded marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach.

• 5+ years' marketing experience within a creative, branding, digital, design or integrated agency environment
• Experience leading or owning an agency marketing function
• Strong experience developing agency positioning, thought leadership and visibility strategies
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and communication skills
• Experience managing social media, content marketing and website platforms
• Experience supporting agency growth through inbound marketing and lead generation activity
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• A proactive, self‑starting mindset

We're specifically interested in speaking with candidates who have experience marketing creative, branding, design, digital or integrated agencies that serve clients within the luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or premium consumer sectors
.

Candidates should ideally have experience building agency brands, driving thought leadership, managing industry visibility initiatives and supporting commercial growth through marketing.

Backgrounds from agencies similar to Made Thought, Dixon Baxi, Design Studio, Wolff Olins, AKQA, Amplify, Analog Folk, Born Social, Metalab or other design‑led consultancies and creative agencies would be highly relevant.

• Experience marketing agencies serving luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or hospitality clients
• PR and communications experience
• Event marketing, partnerships and networking initiatives
• Industry award submissions and speaker programme management
• Employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Experience using AI-powered marketing tools
• An existing network within the creative, design or agency ecosystem

• £60,000-£65,000 salary depending on experience
• Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the London office
