CRM​/Data Manager

CRM database and client data management role. Inter Action+ focused. Based in a boutique UK law firm. London with hybrid working. Competitive salary.

This boutique law firm, with a small but friendly BD and marketing team, is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead on the development of their client database, Inter Action+. The improved use of CRM plays a key role in their BD strategy, and they are looking for someone who can improve processes and guidelines for both Inter Action+ and their email marketing platform, Vuture,

The role will include:

• Leading and developing a new approach to CRM across the firm;
  Ensuring upkeep of CRM-related data;
  Implementing a new suite of policies around CRM;
  Acting as relationship lead with suppliers;
  Training new joiners on the use of CRM;
  Working with the BD and marketing team to develop reports and analytics;
  Ensuring processes and systems are compliant with GDPR and other regulations.

The role would suit a CRM professional with extensive knowledge of Inter Action, ideally working at the manager level or with at least 4 years of experience in a CRM role. Experience of IQ and Vuture would also be helpful.
