We are now seeking a senior manager-level social media specialist with deep expertise in Tik Tok strategy, influencer marketing and talent partnerships, and a strong track record of strategic account growth. You'll take full ownership of channel strategy, talent and partnerships, and team leadership across a portfolio of clients, acting as the day-to-day strategic lead and trusted counsel to senior client stakeholders.

A genuine passion for food, drink, hospitality and travel is essential, and significant prior experience within luxury hospitality, including hotel accounts, is strongly preferred.

Strategic ownership of channel growth and reporting across a portfolio of clients, Instagram / Tik Tok strategy, talent and partnerships management, community strategy oversight, client counsel and stakeholder management, and leadership of the account team, including mentoring and quality-controlling the work of junior team.

• Ownership of channel strategy, format innovation and platform growth across client accounts
• Trend mining and social media landscape listening, translating insight into strategic recommendations
• Oversight of content ideation, planning calendars and campaign strategy in line with trends and client objectives
• Talent and partnerships strategy: identification, outreach, negotiation and long-term relationship management
• Oversight of social content capture (shoot production) and art direction
• Strategic reporting against KPIs, with high-level guidance and recommendations on account growth
• Client management and counsel, including ownership of senior stakeholder relationships
• Ad hoc strategic and tactical consultancy, advising clients directly on brands, trends and opportunities
• Oversight of posting and scheduling processes, both manual and through social management platforms
