Are you looking to take the next step in your e-commerce career and get hands-on experience within a globally recognised luxury retail business?

We’re looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to join a collaborative online team during a particularly busy period.

This is an urgent 4-month temporary opportunity, ideal for someone with around 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce, online trading, digital retail or a similar environment.

You’ll be supporting the team across day-to-day e-commerce activity, helping to make sure products, content and campaigns are accurate, on time and ready for customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting product set-up and website updates, ensuring information and imagery are accurate.
  • Helping with online merchandising and keeping products and content looking their best.
  • Supporting the launch of campaigns, promotions and seasonal activity.
  • Carrying out regular website checks and audits, flagging any issues or inaccuracies.
  • Supporting the wider team with D2C and online trading activity.
  • Helping prepare the website for peak trading periods.
  • Working with Marketing, Brand, Creative and Merchandising teams to get online activity live.
  • Assisting with general e-commerce projects and day-to-day online tasks.
  • Keeping on top of deadlines and making sure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

What we're looking for

You don't need years of experience for this role — we're looking for someone who is keen to learn, commercially minded and ready to get stuck in.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Around 1–2 years' experience in e-commerce, online trading, digital or online retail.
  • Some experience with websites, product content, product uploads or online merchandising.
  • An interest in how e-commerce and online customer journeys work.
  • Strong attention to detail — getting the small things right is important!
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage different tasks at once.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
  • The ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities.

Please note - this is a temporary contract paying the equivalent day rate to stated permanent salary.
