The Role:You'll take ownership of digital marketing across multiple brands, working closely with the Head of E-commerce and wider e-commerce and marketing teams.
You'll:
- Lead performance across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates
- Manage and develop an in-house team of 3
- Own budgets, forecasts and channel performance
- Drive customer acquisition and database growth
- Develop new affiliate and third-party partnerships
- Report on weekly, monthly and seasonal performance
- Constantly look for opportunities to improve results and accelerate growth
- Strong performance marketing background
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Tik Tok and Google
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills
- Confident stakeholder management
- A motivating and supportive people manager
- Ideally 2-3+ years' relevant digital marketing experience
