As a Social Commerce Specialist for Tik Tok Shop, you will play a pivotal role in driving Boots' social commerce strategy. You will connect social content, creators, and affiliates to enhance our presence on Tik Tok, ensuring that our marketing efforts translate into commercial success. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Tik Tok and understands the nuances of social commerce.,

• Own the social and marketing plan supporting Tik Tok Shop, collaborating with various teams.
• Build a comprehensive Tik Tok Shop content calendar aligned with key brand and trading moments.
• Ensure Tik Tok Shop activities are native to the platform and integrated with Boots' overall social strategy.
• Develop creator guidelines and toolkits to empower affiliates and creators.
• Identify and fill gaps in affiliate content to enhance quality and variety.
• Review content performance and use insights to refine future strategies.
• Collaborate with Paid Social and Performance Media teams to amplify high-performing content.
• Track social commerce KPIs and provide regular updates on performance.

• Experience using performance data to optimise content or campaigns.
