You'll collaborate with experienced marketers and teams across InPost, giving you a broad understanding of how marketing supports a fast-growing consumer business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support B2C marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships and wider brand activity.
  • Help create engaging content for our social and digital channels, thinking about what will make consumers stop, look and engage.
  • Use consumer and campaign insight to understand what's working and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Support campaign planning, from initial idea through to delivery and evaluation.
  • Work with creative and external agencies to bring campaigns and content to life.
  • Help develop PR stories, events and communications that build awareness of the InPost brand.
  • Support partnerships with brands, charities, community organisations and other external partners.
  • Get involved in CSR and social impact initiatives, helping turn good ideas into campaigns that people want to get behind.
  • Explore new ways to reach and engage consumers across an increasingly digital landscape.
  • Track campaign performance and use data to understand impact and inform what we do next.
  • Collaborate with teams across InPost, including Commercial, Consumer Experience, Network & Customer Care.
  • Manage your own workload, take ownership of projects and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
  • You’ll need to have graduated within the last three years – in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
  • A genuine interest in marketing, PR, brands, consumer and Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Curiosity about what makes people engage with content, campaigns and brands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using data and insight to understand performance and make decisions.
  • Creativity and the ability to turn an idea into something practical.
