It's what keeps us inventing and reinventing, all the time.  Our culture is wide open, just like our spaces.  We bring out the best in each other. And through our countless volunteer projects, we help bring out the best in the communities around us, too.

You can do amazing work here. Work you couldn't do anywhere else. It's up to you to make it happen.

The Planning and Campaign Management team plays a pivotal role in connecting client objectives with Bloomberg Media’s cross-platform advertising capabilities. As strategic collaborators, we bring together creativity, data and expert product knowledge to develop media solutions that deliver meaningful results for our clients. We are involved in the full campaign lifecycle, from plan creation through to execution and reporting, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and perform against defined KPIs.

Success in this role requires adaptability, curiosity and a proactive mindset. We'll trust you to:

Develop a strong understanding of Bloomberg Media’s audience, platforms, advertising products, and targeting capabilities, and stay up to date with new offerings and product developments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic and creative single or multi-platform media plans that are aligned with client objectives.

Use proprietary and industry data and research tools to inform planning decisions.

Process insertion orders (IOs) accurately and coordinate campaign set-up, ensuring a smooth handover to post-sale teams.

Partner closely with Sales, Ad Operations and Client Services during the post-sale phase to ensure media plans are executed as intended, deliver against KPIs, and contribute to overall client success and retention.

Monitor and analyse campaign results to uncover actionable and unexpected insights that inform ongoing optimisations and help Sales partners deliver timely, meaningful updates to clients.

Produce compelling mid and end-of-campaign reports that showcase results, highlight key learnings and support client renewals.

Support the monthly billing process by partnering with Sales, Ad Operations and Finance to resolve billing-related queries, including third-party IO reconciliation.

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Use strong communication and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Adapt and thrive in an evolving, fast-moving environment.

You'll need to have:

A minimum of 3 years of digital media planning experience at a publisher or agency; cross-platform planning experience is preferred.

A strong understanding of media planning principles, campaign performance metrics, and media buying processes.

Familiarity with social media platforms, their ad formats and the key levers that influence performance.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights in clear, visually compelling formats using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
