Join us as a remote, part‑time Volunteer Bid Writer to help secure vital funding for programs supporting individuals overcoming trauma and adversity.

• Research and identify grant opportunities and funding avenues that align with MTICBIAI’s mission.
• Write, edit, and proofread persuasive funding applications that clearly demonstrate impact and value.
• Ensure all applications meet funder requirements, guidelines, and deadlines while maintaining a consistent tone that reflects our values.
• Liaise with MTICBIAI team members to gather data, case studies, and evidence for applications.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, deadlines, and outcomes.
• Track and evaluate success of submitted bids to inform future applications.

• Strong research, analytical, and grant writing skills with a proven ability to create compelling, well‑structured applications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with the capacity to present complex ideas in a clear, persuasive, and accessible way.
• Experience in bid writing, grant writing, or proposal development is preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify suitable funding opportunities.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage time independently while meeting deadlines.
• Empathy and awareness of trauma‑informed approaches are highly valued.
• Experience or interest in mental health, trauma, or community‑based support is a bonus.
