Chelsea FC in London is seeking a Disability Access Officer to champion disabled supporters and visitors, driving inclusion across the club and stadium. You will work with internal stakeholders to improve accessibility, ensure compliance with Equality Act and accessibility guidelines, and lead the Matchday Access help point.
You will build relationships with disabled fans, other clubs and external bodies, develop projects, and provide guidance to ticketing on disabled tickets.
