Head of Risk and Compliance

• An individual who will lead an effective approach to risk management and compliance across Teenage Cancer Trust, supporting safe, ethical and compliant delivery of the charity's mission.
• A trusted adviser to the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, with oversight of safeguarding, fundraising compliance, data protection, charity regulation and wide statutory compliance.
• Someone who is able to draw on relevant experience and specialist advice when required.
• Expertise in balancing risk with effective mission delivery.

• Leave: 25 days of annual leave, which increases with service, in addition to bank holidays and a 3 or 4 day closure over the Christmas period. We also have finish early Fridays in August and quarterly reset days to step away from day to day work and refocus.
