Senior Advisor- Social Impact- UKI

We are seeking a Senior Advisor to join our Social Impact team in London (hybrid working). In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our social and climate strategies, driving meaningful initiatives that create lasting positive impact. You'll make an impact by:

• Climate Strategy UK Support:
  Coordinate delivery of UK climate strategy priorities, including planning, performance tracking, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve climate resilience objectives.
• Partnership Management
  - Building Resilient Communities:
  Lead strategic climate resilience and economic resilience partnerships, ensuring robust governance, risk management, performance measurement, and delivery of measurable outcomes for communities and Intact.
• Activation Lead
  - Building Resilient Communities:
  Design and deliver partnership activation plans that bring climate resilience programs to life through community engagement, impactful storytelling, and stakeholder communications.
• Programme Support
  - Employee Generosity:
  Enable colleagues to support climate resilience and community wellbeing through accessible volunteering, giving, and engagement opportunities linked to Intact's strategic partnerships.
• Strategic Development & Stakeholder Engagement:
  Support the evolution of Intact's Building Resilient Communities and social impact strategy through insight generation, impact reporting, localisation of global initiatives, and relationship-building across internal and external stakeholders.
• Degree in a relevant field (e.g. communications, environmental management).
• Experience working in a related field, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships across industry, academia and the third sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
• A demonstrable record of influencing senior audiences and driving delivery across matrixed organisations.
• Experience leading, measuring and reporting the impact of strategic initiatives, including budget management and the evaluation of partnership and programme outcomes.
