Outpatient Department Staff Nurse, Private Patients

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and adaptable Band 5 staff member to join our vibrant and dynamic team in the Outpatient Department (OPD), serving private patients. Our OPD covers an impressive range of specialties, including ENT, urology, neurosurgery, plastics, oncology, dermatology, and more.

You'll be part of an expert multidisciplinary team providing excellent clinical care to patients with complex surgical procedures, oncological cases, and acute medical interventions across a wide range of conditions.

• Providing high‑quality, effective, individualised nursing care to patients across all three sites by assessing their needs and developing, implementing and evaluating care plans without supervision.
• Maintaining accurate clinical observations of patients, utilising nursing skills and competencies.
• Assisting in the teaching and development of nursing assistants and students, helping them to achieve their learning outcomes.
