As a Senior Primary Care Nurse, you will lead a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver a nurse‑led service, prevent hospital admissions and provide evidence‑based, patient‑centred care. Your role will involve medication rounds, dispensing controlled medication, emergency response participation, patient assessment and reception screening.

- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients and undertake reception screening.
- Provide outstanding evidence‑based care, listen to and act on patient feedback to personalise care.
- Deliver non‑judgemental care that makes a real difference.
- Inspire excellence by forging strong links with partners and stakeholders.
- Promote best practice, clinical supervision, evidence‑based care and continuous quality improvement.
- Embed a culture of shared learning and share knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure safe care.
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration.
- Experience of line management, audits and governance.
- Mentoring assessor qualification and prescribing – desirable.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Understanding of the complexities of multi‑disciplinary and multi‑agency working.
- Ideal: experience in a hospital, community or prison environment (not essential).
Primary Care team at Heathrow IRC, a large Immigration Removal Centre located in West Drayton, operating 37.5 hours per week across Monday‑Sunday (07:00‑19:30 and 19:00‑07:30).

£46,478 – £55,086 per annum, depending on experience.
