• Support the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and development of nursing and clinical professional teams.
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
• Deputise for the Nursing and Clinical Professionals Manager in their absence and support service delivery, clinical governance, workforce development and continuous improvement initiatives across the clinic.
• Support operational management of clinical areas, including theatre and recovery services.
• Support workforce planning, rota management, and safe staffing.
• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management for clinical teams.
• Deliver high‑quality patient‑centred care throughout the fertility treatment journey.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audit, risk management and patient safety activities.
• Ensure compliance with HFEA, CQC, NMC and organisational standards.
• Support service improvement, innovation and quality improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure effective use of digital systems.
• Participate in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota.
• Support learning, development and mentoring activities across the clinical workforce.
