Chemotherapy Nurse

Community Chemotherapy Nurse – South West London

Up to £58,000 DOE + Company Car or £4,887 Car Allowance.

Monday–Friday, No night shifts.

Deliver specialized oncology and haematology treatments in patients' homes across South West London. Work independently while being fully supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

• Deliver Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) and chemotherapy safely within patients' homes.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments before every treatment.
• Administer cytotoxic therapies in line with national guidelines.
• Perform cannulation, venepuncture and vascular access management.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to adverse reactions.
• Provide education, reassurance and ongoing clinical support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records.
• Work closely with consultants, hospitals and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

• Active NMC registration (Adult Nurse / RGN).
• Previous experience delivering Chemotherapy or SACT.
• Competency in the administration of cytotoxic drugs.
• Excellent cannulation and venous access skills.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
