The NHS Brent Integrated Care Team is seeking a Band 7 Tissue Viability Specialist Nurse based at Wembley Park to lead expert wound care in the community. You will assess and treat complex wounds, promote prevention, and improve patient outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
You will line manage staff, deliver training, contribute to service development, and ensure evidence-based practice while maintaining high standards of care and clinical leadership across the division.
