Staff Nurse - Urgent Care Centre London:
The Wellington Hospital Full time: 37.5 hours per week Shift times:
Monday to Sunday, 8:00am-8:00pm or 10:00am-10:00pmPermanent

We’re looking for a Staff Nurse to join our Urgent Care Centre at The Wellington Hospital. The Wellington Hospital is one of the UK's largest private hospitals and provides exceptional care across a wide range of specialties. Our Urgent Care Centre offers rapid access to expert clinical assessment and treatment for patients presenting with acute illness and minor injuries, providing a high-quality service seven days a week.

As a Staff Nurse in the Urgent Care Centre, you'll deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care within a fast-paced environment. You'll assess, monitor and care for patients presenting with a variety of urgent and acute conditions, working closely with Consultants, Resident Medical Officers, Advanced Clinical Practitioners and the wider multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your acute nursing skills while gaining exposure to a diverse patient caseload in a service focused on clinical excellence and outstanding patient experience.

What you'll bring:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.

Post-registration experience within an Urgent Care Centre, Emergency Department or A&E.Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Experience caring for acutely unwell patients.

Ability to recognise and respond appropriately to patient deterioration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
