You will provide high quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients recovering from stroke and other neurological conditions, within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
You will assess, plan and deliver personalised care, undertake neurological assessments, and contribute to safe discharge planning, supported by senior colleagues and a comprehensive CPD
