Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Senior Community Cardiology nurse to triage GP referrals, judge clinical urgency and steer patients onto the right pathway within the community cardiology service.

You will lead senior clinical practice, support clinic staff, interpret ECGs and Holter data, manage Band 6/3 colleagues, contribute to governance and service development, and maintain high standards of patient care.
