As a Quality Assurance and Improvement Officer, you will work closely with assessors, trainers, and employers to ensure that all assessment processes meet rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Ensure all documentation and records meet quality assurance and regulatory requirements
- Plan and carry out internal quality assurance and monitoring activities
- Evaluate assessment processes to ensure they are robust, fair, valid, and reliable
- Monitor and support assessors to ensure they meet role requirements
- Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance to assessors
- Standardise assessment decisions to ensure consistency across provision
- Work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to improve assessment outcomes
- Ensure assessment decisions are based on defined criteria and best practice
