Harrods is recruiting a Senior Food Safety Specialist to implement, monitor and manage food safety, legality and integrity across our own run restaurants and kitchens, and to lead the launch of new restaurants. You will ensure compliance with food safety legislation and brand standards, promoting a food safety culture across cross-functional teams.
You will conduct internal audits, deliver Level 2 Food Safety training, and maintain training records with evidence of effectiveness.
