Provide clear, commercially balanced and practical advice to operational colleagues across the division. Support the mobilisation of new contracts, business change projects and the integration of acquired companies into HSLs QHSE framework. Develop meaningful KPI dashboards and performance reporting that help leaders identify risks, priorities and opportunities for improvement.

Use audit findings, investigations and performance data to drive continuous improvement, standardisation and right‑first‑time delivery. Deliver coaching and training that builds QHSE knowledge, confidence and capability across the division. Represent HSL professionally during customer audits, regulatory inspections and other external reviews. Build trusted working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers and regulators.
