Food Technical Coordinator -What You'llbe Doing- Respondtooperationalenquiriesinatimely,politeandaccuratemanners;
- Support Technical Managertoachievethetechnicalobjectivesandgoals .Keentohelpandcollaboratewithotherteammembers.
- Demonstrate knowledge,understandingandenthusiasmforcompany'sbusinessesandproductstoensuresmoothoperationsandcustomerssatisfaction.
- Maintainallaspectsofcoordinationtoahighstandard.
- Beabletocompletetaskswithinatighttime.
- EnsurecomplyingwithFSlegislationaswellascompany
PoliciesandSOP; - Carryoutregularhousekeeping,aswellassiteinspections.
- FollowupallNCsraisedandcloseintimelymanor
- Workcloselyandcommunicatewellwithinternalteamstoensurehighstandardofoperationalactivitieshavemaintained;
- Coordinatewithcustomerscomplaintsandcarryoutinvestigationsforanyincidentswithrelatedoperationalteam(s) toprovidefindingsandresolveproblems;
- checkrecordsandformsinaregularbasis,reportprogressandfollowupanycorrectiveactionsforanymissinggaps.
- Coordinateproductionactivitieswhererelatedtotechnical/FSfunctions
- Understandingoffoodsafety,QC/QA/GMPchecks,sampling,NCfollow-up
- Knowledge of Japanese/Asian/ethnicfoodswouldbehelpfulbutnotamust
- Experienceincustomerserviceand/orsales/suppliers
- Polite,helpfulphonemanner,andcustomerfocusedindividual
